Warranty Policy
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. Qaro products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:
1. Product Registration
- To be eligible for warranty claims, you must register your product within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Visit qarohub.com/warranty-claim to complete your product registration.
- You will need the following information:
- Order details (invoice or receipt)
- Product serial number (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase
2. Warranty Coverage
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from the product’s construction or materials.
- It does not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Claim Process
- Once your warranty claim is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 5-7 business days
- If your claim is approved, we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue promptly.

- Warranty claims will not be accepted for products that are not registered within the specified 7-day period.
